This is a template. A marked blank is filled in from the quote and the client's details when a document is prepared for signing. A small label such as If a credit applies: marks a part that is printed only then.

Every item Client asked for is listed here with one of three verdicts. Only Buildable now work, and the buildable part of Partly buildable work, is in scope and priced (Agreement §3.2).
| Verdict | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Buildable now | NAC can build it with current tools and Client's current systems, and has checked the risky part. Priced in this SOW. |
| Partly buildable | Part can be built; part stays human or waits on a dependency. Only the buildable part is priced. The human part names who does it. |
| Not yet | A capability, access or data condition is missing. Not priced and not in scope. |

If there are none: No separate items were assessed for this SOW. The work is the Deliverables in section 4.
A material change in a dependency or requirement after signing is handled by Change Order, never billed silently (Agreement §4.1). An unpriced Not yet item is not a promised Deliverable. A changed estimate or verdict does not remove NAC's responsibility for work already promised.
4. Deliverables and Definition of Done
Each Deliverable below has seven Definition-of-Done fields. Field 3 holds its acceptance tests, the only standard for acceptance (Agreement §7.1).
For each deliverable:

Also not included unless listed in section 4: hosting, monitoring, maintenance, content updates, support after the Correction Period, third-party subscription fees, work in systems not named in section 4, legal, tax or other licensed professional advice, and any item marked Not yet.
7. Assumptions
- For each assumption: Filled in: assumption
If there are none: None stated.
A genuinely new or changed condition that materially affects scope, price or a committed deadline goes through Agreement §4. NAC may adjust ordinary implementation choices within the signed scope without a new Change Order. NAC cannot charge extra merely to correct its own failure to meet the existing acceptance tests.
8. Schedule

- Methods: ACH or wire, free to Client, by default. [If card payment is offered:Card is accepted on invoices of Filled in: card limit or less, with no surcharge.[Otherwise:Card is not offered for this SOW.
- Due dates: the schedule above controls. Payments shown at booking or signing are due at signing; work is scheduled when the payment due before it clears. Each later phase waits for any payment due before that phase. Demo and acceptance invoices are due 7 calendar days after issue. Late undisputed amounts carry the charge in Agreement §6.8, and non-payment can lead to suspension under Agreement §6.9. An invoice does not authorize an automatic charge.
- If the work includes travel: Travel and expenses are invoiced in full at booking. NAC reconciles them against receipts within 10 business days after the trip, then refunds any unused estimate or invoices the difference (Agreement §6.6).
If the payment terms are sprint in advance: Sprints. Each two-week sprint is invoiced in full before it starts; sprint 1 is due at signing. You can stop after any sprint and keep everything you've paid for. To stop, Client gives written notice before the next sprint starts. If a sprint ends early, properly performed work and approved non-cancellable costs are accounted for under Agreement §17.5; an entire sprint fee is not earned merely by starting it. Client owns each sprint's Client-Owned Deliverables once that sprint is paid (Agreement §11.2).
If the payment terms are monthly in advance: Separately agreed monthly service. This block applies only to an expressly offered monthly service, not an ordinary one-time project. It is invoiced, not automatically charged. NAC offers such a service only after its separate renewal, cancellation and consent process is available and verified.
- Price and term: Filled in: monthly price per month for Filled in: monthly scope, starting Filled in: monthly start date, renewing monthly with no minimum term.
- Billing: each month is invoiced 7 days before it starts and is due on its first day. That invoice is also the renewal reminder, and it carries a one-step cancel link.
- Cancelling: Client can cancel at any time with that link or by email to NAC's notice address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, unless termination or a refund is required under Agreement §17.5 or applicable law. A charge for unperformed work is not kept merely because billing was monthly.
- Price changes: NAC gives at least 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect.
- Separate consent: Client's signer confirms consent to recurring billing with a separate checkbox in the signing flow. The record of that consent is kept with the signing record.
11. Travel and on-site work
If the work includes travel:
Travel zone: Filled in: travel zone, measured as Filled in: travel drive minutes minutes' one-way drive from Richland on Filled in: travel measured date (Filled in: travel routing source).
On-site time included in the price: Filled in: onsite included
The travel and on-site lines in section 9 are the whole charge for the travel this SOW plans. On-site time beyond what is included is charged at the day or half-day rate stated in the quote. Mileage is charged at the IRS standard business rate on the travel date. Lodging is charged at cost up to the federal (GSA) lodging rate for the destination and month, and meals and incidentals at the GSA rate, with 75% on the first and last travel days. Airfare, ground transport and parking are charged at cost, economy, with receipts. Nothing is marked up.
If the work includes no travel: No travel or on-site work is part of this SOW. If that changes, it is a change under Agreement §4, priced before any trip is booked.
12. Credits and discounts
If a credit applies: Credit applied. Filled in: credit rule text It was applied in section 9 because this SOW was signed within 30 days of Filled in: where the credit comes from. A credit has no cash value and cannot be applied twice. If no credit applies: No credit applies to this SOW.
If there is a discount: Discount. NAC has taken Filled in: amount off the price of this SOW. The reason: Filled in: discount reason. The discount appears as its own line in section 9, with that reason. It does not depend on anything Client says about NAC. Client may say no to any reference, testimonial or case study, and saying no costs Client nothing. If Client later agrees to a testimonial or case study, it will state that Client received a discount (Agreement §15.3). If there is no discount: No discount applies to this SOW.
13. Acceptance, correction period and changes
- Acceptance follows Agreement §7. NAC sends a delivery notice stating the review deadline as a date ending at 11:59:59 p.m. Central time, Filled in: review window business days business days after the notice, and a reminder at least 2 business days before it. No reminder means no acceptance by silence. A late reminder gives Client until the later of that original deadline and the end of the second business day after the reminder. Client accepts in writing or lists the acceptance tests that fail. A Deliverable is also accepted when that deadline passes with no failure notice, or when Client uses it in production.
- Fourteen-day correction period. After you accept a delivery, you have 14 days to tell us if anything fails an acceptance test written into your quote. We fix it at no charge. Changed preferences, new requirements, and problems caused by other vendors or by changes made outside our work are new work. New Age Consulting, LLC provides this; the full terms are in your agreement (Agreement §7.7 and §8.2).
- Changes that materially affect price, scope, acceptance tests, a committed deadline, ownership or security obligations need a signed Change Order (Agreement §4). NAC prices each change for the work it adds or removes and quotes it in writing, one line per component as in section 9. Routine implementation and target-date adjustments within Agreement §4.3 do not need a new signed document. The correction service is not a shortened legal deadline to bring a claim.
14. Refunds
If this is a Working Session:
If the session isn't useful, you don't pay. Tell us any time up to two business days after your memo arrives, by replying to your booking email, and New Age Consulting, LLC refunds everything you paid for the session, including any trip fee. One refund per client. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After a refund, no Working Session credit applies toward a later build.
If this is not a Working Session: Refunds are due only as Agreement §8.2 and §17.5 provide[If the work includes travel:, plus any unused travel estimate under Agreement §6.6[If a cancellation period applies:, and on a timely cancellation under section 16.
