Consumer terms, plainly
Buying in your own name.
- Paid at booking, and work starts when you say goYou pay when you book. Until we start work, you can cancel for any reason and get everything back. After that you keep the work done so far and pay for it, and we refund the rest.
- Your accounts, your passwordsYour domain, hosting and tools are set up in accounts you own. You sign in yourself; nobody here holds your passwords.
- A written quote firstYou see the scope and the full price in writing before you pay. If something new comes up, it's a written change you can say no to.
- Fourteen days to report a problemAfter you accept the work, anything that fails the tests you agreed on is fixed at no charge.
- Your reviews are yoursNothing in the agreement limits what you can say about the work, anywhere.
- Agreed in person, away from Noah's office?Then you have three business days after you sign to cancel for a full refund, and no work starts until they've passed. You get the federal notice of that right on paper and out loud, as the FTC's Cooling-Off Rule requires.
