The workspace, signing and the agent team are how New Age Consulting operates today. They're internal work, and labeled that way. Client work will appear here only when the client agrees and the evidence supports it.

The workspace

The workspace New Age Consulting runs on: one ranked queue of decisions, and a record of what the agents handled.

The problem
Project context, agent activity, decisions and records drift apart as work moves between people, agents and tools.
The system
One owner view of project work, agent activity, decisions and records, sorted by what needs Noah now. The screens, the API and the agents' tools all call the same operations, so the permission check lives in one place, and every attempt, allowed or refused, writes an entry to an audit log that is hash-chained by day.
Where a person stays in charge
Low-risk work runs. Riskier work waits out a hold Noah can stop, or waits for his approval with a passkey. Signing, paying, filing, credentials, access grants and accepting terms have no agent tool at all.
Evidence status
Built for and used in New Age Consulting's own operation. An internal system, not a client engagement, and not independently validated. It was rebuilt in September 2026. Each client's workspace is kept apart from every other client's, and internal notes never appear in client views.

Signing

A separate application for agreements, signer steps, and the record of what was signed.

The problem
A signing flow has to keep the link between the agreement, the person's decision, and the record of what happened.
The system
Signing runs apart from the workspace, at its own address, and links each agreement, the signer's steps and an evidence record. Anyone can check a signed record later without an account.
Where a person stays in charge
The signer reviews the agreement and chooses whether to sign. What the application shows is not a substitute for that decision.
Evidence status
New Age Consulting's own signing application, used for its own agreements. Legal suitability and outside acceptance are not established by this example.

  • ChatLets Noah work from whatever chat app he uses. Anything bigger than a draft still waits for his approval.
  • IntakeRecords a request from this site, and only with the visitor's consent.

The agent team

The agents that run the routine side of New Age Consulting, each with one role and scoped access.

The problem
One person can't answer the inbox, keep the books, track delivery and watch the systems, and still do the work clients pay for.
The system
Each agent has its own key and at most fifteen tools, granted by one permission policy. Routine, reversible work they do and log. Outgoing messages wait in a short hold before they send. New commitments and spending wait for Noah's approval.
Where a person stays in charge
Noah approves, edits, declines or snoozes from one ranked queue. Signing, moving money, credentials and legal conclusions are people-only; agents have no tool for them.
Evidence status
This is how the firm runs itself. It's internal, not a client engagement or an independently validated outcome.

The record

Each item links to its code or write-up, and team projects say so. Much of it was built by directing AI coding agents: Noah sets the direction and acceptance criteria, reviews the evidence and decides what's accepted.

About the evidence

Labels are part of the work.

Internal systems, prototypes and synthetic exercises serve different purposes. We don't present synthetic work as a client engagement. Client examples appear only when their evidence and publication permission support them.
