Records
Check a signed record yourself.
Every agreement signed through New Age Consulting's signing application ends in a record you can check without an account and without asking anyone. It tells you whether the document is exactly what was signed.
How it works
A fingerprint, a signature, and a published key.
- 01Start from the signed copy
Its last page carries the verification link and the record's identifier.
- 02The check computes a fingerprint
A SHA-256 hash of the exact file. Change one character and the fingerprint changes completely.
- 03It checks the signed manifest
When signing completed, the signing service listed every file's fingerprint and the signing steps in a manifest, and signed it with its key.
- 04It checks the key
The signature is checked against the signing service's published key set, including keys that have since been retired.
Limits
What a valid result does and doesn't prove.
It shows
- The file is byte-for-byte the one that was signed.
- Which steps each signer completed, and when, as the signing service recorded them.
- That the record was sealed by the signing service's key.
It doesn't show
- Who a signer is, beyond control of the email address the code went to.
- That the agreement is enforceable. That's a legal question, and this page isn't legal advice.
- Any certification. The signing application holds none, and doesn't claim to.

This plain title block is the only mark a signed record carries. It isn't a seal and certifies nothing.
